Introducing physical sales to Mutua's Superapp
I designed and launched an in-app e-commerce feature for Mutua Madrileña, enabling millions of V16 beacon sales to insurance customers through the MutuaMás app.

The challenge
It's October 1st, 2025. Mutua Madrileña, one of the largest insurance groups in Spain, wants to start selling V16 emergency beacons. In just 3 months, every driver in Spain will be legally required to carry one.
There is just one problem: Mutua doesn't have a direct channel to connect physical product sales to car insurance customers.
Their app, MutuaMás, could fit the bill, although physical products are not sold through it yet.
